Once returned items are returned to the warehouse at cargoodies2u.com for inspection, the refund process will begin.

· Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements. A refund request with a 30-day money back guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. For items that have passed the 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. Goods sold directly are covered by an extensive warranty for all quality-related defects from the date of purchase (see product warranty timeline at the top of the page). The cargoodies2u.com limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. Limited warranties are not valid for items shipped abroad at the time of initial purchase or directly from an authorized online purchase. Quality-related warranty claims purchased through authorized resellers at cargoodies2u.com and retailers such as Amazon are processed through cargoodies2u.com. For warranty claims related to quality, items will be replaced with factory-refurbished models of equivalent value if available, otherwise new items will be sent. In cases where alternatives are not available or preferred options, cargoodies2u.com will provide a partial refund based on how long the device has been in use. All replacement warranties are subject to the same warranty period for the original defective product, or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. After a full refund, the product warranty is invalid.

· Damage from external sources

· Damage caused by misuse of products (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of equipment)

· Purchased from an unauthorized dealer

When the goods are returned for non-quality problems, the buyer shall be liable for any damage or loss occurring in transit. cargoodies2u.com does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit that are not quality-related warranty claims.
